Filtering deployments by "Owner" does not display users without First & Last name in Active Directory

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
1. Searching for a deployment using "Owner" does not return any results if the user does not have the fields First Name and Last Name.

2. Within the table cat_principle in the vPostgres database the user does not have a value in the column "name".

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 7.5.x

Cause

The "Owner" filter uses the "userId" attribute for the search, and uses First Name and Last Name for the display column.

Resolution

Update the impacted user's Active Directory information to include First Name and Last Name.

It may take up to 24 hours for the information to synchronize with the vRealize Automation vPostgres database.
