Blueprints containing Custom Forms fail to load with the error: 403 Request form cannot be retrieved!

Issue/Introduction

When a support user is requesting blueprints that contain custom forms, they may fail to load with the error:

403 Request form cannot be retrieved!

​This occurs when the user requesting the blueprint is only part of the support role for the associated business group.

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 7.4.x

Resolution

A resolution for this issue is provided in vRealize Automation 7.5.

To work around this issue, add the user to another role in the business group.
