Expire/Lease Day 2 Operations are not available actions on multi-machine deployments

Issue/Introduction

Explain normal product functionality.  This is by design.

Symptoms:

• Expire/Lease Actions do not appear for each component machine (child objects) when the parent deployment has multiple child virtual machines underneath

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 7.x

Resolution

• Expire/Lease both are available only for single machine deployments.
• For clustered deployments we disable them for individual machines.
  • This is to prevent inconsistent 'Archived'/'Lease' States between a Deployment and its components.
