Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• The workflow "Add a Powershell Host" fails with the error:

"Unauthorized Access. Authentication mechanism requested by the client may not be supported by the server."

Cause

The winrm configuration for the Powershell Host has a value of "Strict" for "CbtHardeningLevel"

Resolution

Set the value of "CbtHardeningLevel" to "Relaxed"
