Certificate is not in CA store error when applying Orchestrator workflow in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
- Integrate Aria Orchestrator with Aria Operations and configure the Apply Host Security Configuration Rules workflow in Aria Orchestrator.
- Select APPLY HOST SECURITY CONFIGURATION in Aria Operations.
- You receive the following error. Cannot send mail: 'Could not convert socket to TSE' Cause: 'Certificate is not in CA store'
- The error is displayed in Aria Operations but note the resolution is carried out in Aria Orchestrator.
Environment
VMware vRealize Operations 8.10.x
VMware Aria Operations 8.12.x
Cause
- The workflow triggered in Aria Operations fails as Aria Orchestrator is unable to send email.
- This issue occurs if the SSL certificate for the SMTP server configured in Aria Orchestrator is not trusted.
Resolution
- Follow the steps in the URL to import a trusted certificate into Aria Orchestrator.
- APPLY the Host Security Configuration action once again in Aria Operations.
