Issue/Introduction

Sometimes it is not possible to delete a user from Aria Operations using the product UI.

Deleting also fails via API - https://cluster-fqdn/suite-api/doc/swagger-ui.html#/Auth/deleteUserUsingDELETE 

Environment

Aria Operations 8.10.x and later

Cause

This can happen due to duplicate user accounts existing or unknown reasons.

Resolution

Please open a support ticket with Broadcom and reference this KB article 325756
