[LoadBalancer] Duplicated IpAddress or port pool member is detected

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
Adding LB pool multiple pool members that are using the same port results in "Duplicated IpAddress or port of pool member is detected: 10.10.10.2/443"

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.6 and VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.0, available at VMware Downloads.

If you are unable to upgrade, please open a support request with VMware NSX Support to provide a suitable workaround.
