Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Unable to modify existing NAT rules on edges in the Tenant portal for VMware Cloud Director 10.3.1.
• Red forbidden icon appears moving the cursor over the radio buttons for existing NAT rules on edges in the Tenant portal > Data Centers > Networking > Edges > Edge Gateway > NAT.
• Environment is NSX-T backed .

VMware Cloud Director 10.x

Cause

This is a UI issue affecting VMware Cloud Director 10.3.1.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Cloud Director 10.3.1.
The issue is resolved in VMware Cloud Director 10.3.2a, available at VMware Downloads.

If the environment cannot be upgraded to Cloud Director 10.3.2a or above, please use the workaround specified in the Workaround section.

Workaround:
1. Open the Tenant Portal.
2. Click on the Data Centers Tab.
3. Under Networking click Edges.
4. Click on the Edge that you need to edit.
5. Under Services click NAT.
6. Click the filter icon to filter out the grid to show only the rule that you want to edit.
