Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
Trying to create a new Provider VDC results in an error:
Error using VXLAN Network Pool <NP_UUID>, the NSX Transport Zone vdnscope-2 associated with this network pool does not span all the needed clusters
Note: This can be seen in the User Interface and in /opt/vmware/vcloud-director/logs/vcloud-container-debug.log

Cause
There may be one or more Clusters that have not been added to your NSX Transport Zone.
Resolution
In vCenter Server:
Navigate to Home > Networking and Security > Installation and Upgrade > Logical Network Settings > Transport zones > Select the existing Transport Zone > Connect Clusters > Select the checkbox for the Cluster you wish to add > Save.
