Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• The HTML5 User Interface is being used to deploy from a vApp Template
• Multiple copies of the vApp Template with the same name exist, but in different Catalogs

Environment

VMware Cloud Director for Service Provider 9.x

Cause

This is a known issue affecting vCloud Director for Service Providers 9.7.0.x.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in
VMware Cloud Director 10.1, available at VMware Downloads, and 10.0, available at VMware Downloads.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, please use the Flex vCloud Director portal as this does not exhibit the error observed.
