"validation error on field 'updateRole.arg0.description': size must be between 1 and 256" error when editing or creating a global role in the HTML5 interface of Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When creating/editing a global role under Administration > Global Roles in the HTML5 /provider portal, we receive the following error:

    validation error on field 'updateRole.arg0.description': size must be between 1 and 256

Cause

The description field of a global role is now a mandatory field and cannot be empty.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please populate a description for the role that is between 1 and 256 characters.
