DFW Firewall User Interface (UI) reports "Publishing rules" regularly

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• In the DFW Firewall User Interface (UI), you see Publishing rules regularly.
• You see that all the ESXi hosts are applied with the published rules.

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x

Cause

This issue occurs due to a stale entry in the NSX Manager firewall table for a host which does not exist.

To resolve this issue, contact Broadcom Support.
