I wish to get the license information from the APM EM servers. How can I do this?

Issue/Introduction

 Question:
 I wish to get the license information from the APM EM servers. What are the best ways to do this?

 

 Answer:

 You may do any of the following:

 1. From a workstation, open the Management Module Editor, under the Supportability Management Module, you will see "Report Templates". If you expand the   templates you will find a "License Report" option, which will generate a License Compliance Report.

 2. The report in Option #1 will only work with Java agents where the aggregate CPU metrics are enabled. If these metrics are disabled, instead use the Field Pack listed in the references below.
