Resolution

To determine the build number:

  1. Launch vSphere PowerCLI | VI Toolkit for Windows.
  2. Run the following command to retrieve the build number:

    Get-VIToolkitVersion
The output appears similar to:

PS C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\VIToolkitForWindows> Get-VIToolkitVersion
