Issue/Introduction

Question:

One helpful technique in debugging APM CE (CEM) SSL issues is knowing the SSL cipher suites/TLS versions being used by a website. How can I find this out?

 

Answer:

Searching on the terms "ssl website checker" returned millions of hits. Access one of these sites, enter the appropriate domain information (e.g. ca.com). Some sample output is shown below:
