NSX version of NETSCOUT vSCOUT
Supported softwareThe NSX version of vSCOUT is a component of the NETSCOUT nGeniusONE eco-system. nGeniusONE deployments require at least one nGeniusONE server. They may also include the following data sources in addition to the NSX version of vSCOUT:

To troubleshoot issues in vSCOUT SVM, follow below steps:
- Login to the vSCOUT SVM using provided credentials.
- Got to, /opt/NetScout/rtm/log and check logs in files, log_file_<date>.log and log_file_db_<date>.log.
- To collect logs from vSCOUT SVM and PMC, zip complete /opt/NetScout/rtm/log directory.
- To check the packets counters:
