Requests with blocking enabled on vRO extensibility stops responding

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

The workflows are started for the old (prior HF5) subscriptions but the request does not resume after the workflow completes.

Environment

VMware vRealize Orchestrator 8.x

Resolution

Currently, there is no resolution.

Workaround:
To work around this issue, recreate or update the subscriptions.

When updating, ensure to change at least one of the following fields:

• Name
• Description
• Condition
• Blocking
• Timeout
• Priority
• Recover Action/Workflow
