<No such plugin> Alarm when Running HTTP job

Issue/Introduction

When running an HTTP job type with Autosys, why do I get a Job Failure with this alarm:

<No such plugin>

This alarm is raised by the system agent because of a missing plugin.

HTTP  job type needs plugin "CA Workload Automation Agent for Application Services" to be installed.
