Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Usage Meter 3.6.1 and earlier versions is unable to collect any information from vCloud Director 9.1.
• You see similar error messages in the UI:

Not Acceptable

• The endpoint will either not be added, or vCloud Director connections will start to fail after it is upgraded.

Cause

This issue occurs because of an upgrade of the vCloud Director API.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in vCloud Usage Meter 3.6.1 HotPatch 1, available at VMware Downloads.
