Compute Rates in Edit Pricing for vCenter clusters are showing as 0

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• The Pricing policies in vRealize Business is populated with 0 for all Compute Rates.
• The Pricing Update Strategy is  set to use Utilization as opposed to Allocation. In addition, the strategy to update policies will also be set to Automatic as opposed to Manual.

Cause

This issue occurs because the pricing policies are updated before the appliance has utilization data for the day.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in vRealize Business for Cloud 7.4, available at VMware Downloads.
