VMware SD-WAN Edge: Delay seen in SNMP packet processing

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
If a customer performs an SNMP query for a VMware SD-WAN Edge interface configured to use DPDK, a customer may experience a longer than expected delay in getting results.

Environment

VMware SD-WAN
VMware SD-WAN by VeloCloud

Cause

The delay is caused by a back-end script for collecting the interface data that is not properly optimized.
This is caused by known issue #122426

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Releases R452-20231025-GA and 5.2.2
