NSX-T 3.2 Capacity Dashboard has incorrect Maximum Capacity Numbers

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
- The version of NSX-T is 3.2.0
- Alarms are triggered in the NSX-T Alarms page (Located on the Home page) with the Event Type: "Minimum Capacity Threshold"
- By Navigating to the Capacity pages, discrepancy between the values and the one referenced in the configmax guide will be noticed:
- Networking -> Network Overview -> Capacity
- Security -> Security Overview -> Capacity
- Inventory -> Inventory Overview -> Capacity
- System -> System Overview -> Capacity
- There is no operational effect of this behavior.
As example:
- The Edge cluster per NSX-T environment according to the configmax guide is 160.
- The same value per the System Capacity is 4.
- More than 4 can be created in NSX-T:

Cause
This issue is caused by wrong maximum number configured on each Capacity Dashboard highlighted in the Symptoms section.
Resolution
Currently, there is no resolution.
The alarms should be ignored and
configmax guide values should be followed.
