VMware Cloud Foundation Upgrade fails because of NSX Service Deployments

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
In the SDDC Manager UI Lifecycle, the update fails with Error Code:
ESX_UPGRADE_VUM_FAILED_REMEDIATION.
In the vSphere Web Client, if you navigate to Networking and Security > Installation > Service Deployments, you see items with Failed Installation Status.
Environment
VMware Cloud Foundation 2.2.x
Resolution
This is a known issue affecting VMware Cloud Foundation. Currently, there is no resolution.
Workaround: To work around this issue:
Locate the services that have a failed installation status in the vSphere Web Client (Go to Networking and Security page > Installation > Service Deployments tab).
Use one of these options to correct the failed domain state for NSX:
Resolve the Installation Status by correcting the issues with the service deployment.
Remove the Service Deployments that have theFailed Installation Status.
Note: After the Service Deployment issue has been resolved, restart the VMware Cloud Foundation Lifecycle Upgrade.
