NSX-T Large Load Balancer Does Not Deploy on Large Resized Edge Node

Issue/Introduction

• Large load balancer won't deploy to a large edge node
• Edge node was previously resized
• Form factor of edge shows LARGE 
• Below error could be seen:
  
  Error: The LARGE load balancer service is not supported in edge node /infra/sites/default/enforcement-points/default/edge-clusters/<UUID>/edge-nodes/1, the form factors of this edge node is <SIZE>_VIRTUAL_MACHINE. (Error code: 502001)                                                                                                      

Environment

Cause

CPU value is not updated in the PolicyEdgeNode object when the CPU at the edge transport node is updated however the edge is indeed now a LARGE form factor

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 3.2.4
This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2.0

Workaround:
Make a change to the "Description" section by editing the respective Edge Cluster in the UI (System>Fabric>Nodes>Edge Clusters) and save the change then try to configure the LB on that edge again.
