Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Imports fail
• Unable to deploy vApps that use "Reserve all guest memory (All Locked)" on the VMs

Environment

VMware Cloud Director for Service Provider 10.x
VMware Cloud Director for Service Provider 9.7.x

Resolution

This is a known issue in vCloud Director 9.7 and 10.0.

The fix will be issued in vCloud Director 9.7.0.5 and 10.0.0.2.

Workaround:
Uncheck "Reserve all guest memory (All Locked)" from the settings with the VM from vCenter.
