Symptoms:
When a new pmem disk is added after taking a snapshot, reverting to the snapshot point leaves the pmem disk detached and orphaned.

Environment
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7
Cause
We do not delete any base disk after revert since the user might have valuable data in the disk.
Resolution
This is a known issue in VMware ESXi 6.7.
Currently, there is no solution.
Workaround:
Manually delete the PMEM disk.
