NSX-T UI pages fail to load

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• NSX-T Data Center 2.4.x
• The problem affects both admin and vIDM users
• The FQDN of the NSX-T manager is of the form *.SLD.TLD e.g. *.co.uk, *.co.il, *.com.au etc.
• On login the home page loads normally however other pages hang e.g.

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center
VMware NSX-T Data Center 2.x

Cause

This problem is caused by a software issue when processing NSX-T Manager FQDNs that contain an SLD.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in NSX-T Data Center 2.5.0.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, access the NSX-T Manager UI using shortname or IP instead of FQDN.
