Deploying an Edge Cluster in SDDC Manager 4.0 fails at validation.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• In the SDDC Manager UI the Edge Cluster task failed at "Validate Edge cluster status". 
• In the log /var/log/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/domainmanager.log entries similar to below are seen:

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x

Cause

This is a post deployment validation step after the Edge cluster is created and may timeout while waiting for the NSX-T Edge nodes tunnels and connectivity to become responsive. 

Resolution

Allow for some time for the NSX-T Edge nodes to complete, approx 5 mins, and then restart the task from the SDDC Manager UI.
