Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
SDDC manager UI tasks status shows running and script on the cli is also running but in the UI, under VI-WLD, updates/patches still loading data

Cause

Browser cookies had a problem loading SDDC Manager UI for updates/patches.

Resolution

  1. Clear browser cookies.
  2. Close and re-open the browser.
  3. Log back in to the SDDC Manager UI.


Additional Information

Impact/Risks:

Minor Impact. Monitoring upgrade status on SDDC UI is not possible.
