External SFTP backups for VCF failing when Ubuntu server being used.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
The backup configuration fails in SDDC Manager, if using a Ubuntu server that has been upgraded or deployed at the latest version.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.x 

Cause

This is being caused due to the OpenSSH version 8.9 which is on the newest version on Ubuntu servers. This results in a problem during the sftp configuration.
Previously versions of Ubuntu with OpenSSH 8.3 are working fine.

Resolution

Please open a ticket with Broadcom Support.
