[HCX] HCX vMotion fails with error remote host closed the connection unexpectedly

Issue/Introduction
To fix HCX vMotion issue when the migration encounters the error seen above.
Symptoms: HCX vMotion fails with the following error:
vMotion failed. System Error. Source side error is : Source side relocate failed for the virtual machine. A fatal internal error occurred. See the virtual machine's log for more details. msg.svmotion.fail.internal:A fatal internal error occurred. See the virtual machine's log for more details. msg.svmotion.file.createphase.fail:Failed to create one or more destination files. faultTime:2023-04-11T18:01:16.024109Z Target side error is : A general system error occurred: vMotion failed: unknown error msg.migrate.waitdata.platform:Failed waiting for data. Error 195887167. Connection closed by remote host, possibly due to timeout. vob.vmotion.recv.connection.closed:vMotion migration [184316378:4447771963481132302] the remote host closed the connection unexpectedly and migration has stopped. The closed connection probably results from a migration failure detected on the remote host. faultTime:2023-04-11T18:01:16.456937Z
Cause
The sync between the source and the peer IX/WO is broken and unable to communicate.
Resolution
To resolve this issue the sync between the source and peer IX/WO needs to be restored.
Workaround:
Navigate to the Interconnect tab on the HCX UI.
Select Service Mesh selected for the migration and click on View Appliances
Select IX and click on Force-resync.
If the resync fails.
Redeploy the IX appliance which will redeploy the WO as well
