[HCX] HCX HA status changes to "Degraded" when extending a network with a false Gateway IP

Issue/Introduction

Provide a known cause when using a dummy IP address for the Gateway IP when creating an HCX HA Group.

Symptoms:
HA Group status changes to Degraded following extension of a network using a false or dummy IP address for the Gateway IP.

Cause

If a false or dummy IP address is used when extending a network, the extension workflow will fail and may get into a Degraded state as a result.

Resolution

It is unsupported to extend networks leveraging a false or dummy IP address as the Gateway IP.

Workaround:
Please extend networks using a valid Gateway IP address.

HA Group state will be stuck in a Degraded state
