If attempting to create a High Frequency snapshot of a previous Standard Frequency snapshot VM and are getting the above error, please proceed with filing a support request with VMware Global Support with the following information:
- Org ID
- Protection Group Name(s) where the snapshots are failing
- Screenshot of error being seen
- Example VM name

Support Bundle IDBefore filing the SR, please ensure to enable support on all Connectors in the VCDR deployment. To enable support, please run the below commands on all Connectors.
- entersupportmode
- support remote-access enable
Note: Once the Feature Flag is enabled, it will require a restart of the drcAgent in the Connector(s).
