[VCDR] Increase organization Cloud File System maximum

Issue/Introduction

Provide the steps to increase the maximum value for the Cloud File System.

Symptoms:
When attempting to deploy an additional Cloud File System, the following error could be encountered, "You already reached your organization maximum of "#" cloud file system. Contact VMware support to request an increase to the maximum."

Cause

The maximum Cloud File System per Organization is set to 1 by default when deploying VCDR. 

Resolution

Please file a support request via KB Creating and managing Broadcom support cases with the request to increase the Cloud File System maximum. When creating the SR, please provide the following information:

- Org ID
- VCDR Region
- Current Cloud File System maximum
- Screenshot of the error when attempting to deploy an additional Cloud File System

Impact/Risks:
Additional Cloud File System deployments will fail until the maximum is increased.
