Provide context into a known issue in the current VLCR version.
Symptoms:
When selecting "Manage Region" from the VLCR Console, it may direct to a page with a grey window showing "VMware Cloud Disaster Recovery" but does not load the VLCR inventory.
This issue may have started randomly, when no changes were made to IAM roles or the VLCR Console.
This is due to an IRR service partition becoming full, preventing users from logging into the VLCR console to manage the environment.
Request to have the VLCR version upgraded to v27m2.
Workaround:
If an upgrade cannot be completed at the time of the issue, please file a Support Request with Broadcom Support with the ask to clear the partition, to allow for the VLCR Console inventory to load successfully.
When filing an SR with Broadcom Support, please provide the Org ID, Support Bundle ID, and the time the issue started to happen.
