NSX-T UI / API doesn't show information about IP pool allocations.

Issue/Introduction

• You have deployed VMware NSX-T Data Center, or VMware NSX. 
• You have configured "IP Address Pools" to be used (for TEPs etc).
• In the UI, "Allocated IPs" for the IP pool reads "0", even though IP addresses from the IP pool have been allocated. 
• ip-allocations API (/policy/api/v1/infra/ip-pools/{ip-pool-id}/ip-allocations) shows 0 allocations.
• Allocated IPs show as Zero even though IP is assigned.

Resolution

There's currently no resolution to this issue.

Workaround:
To review IP allocations in NSX UI:
1. Allow "User Interface" mode toggle in the UI (System -> General Settings -> User Interface)
2. Set the UI to "Manager"
3. Browse to Networking -> IP Address Pools
4. Click on "Allocations" to review consumed and allocated IP addresses.
