NSX-T UI displaying a removed NSX Manager node

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• The NSX-T UI displays an NSX Manager node that has been removed.
• As root user, when you check the following file, you see node is not present here:

/config/corfu/LAYOUT_CURRENT.ds 

• The removed node is still seen when, as admin user, you run the 'get nodes' command.
• The removed node is NOT seen as part of the cluster, when, as admin user, you run the 'get cluster status' command.

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Cause

In certain user workflows, the removed NSX-T manager node, remained in the NSX-T Corfu DB, when it should have been removed, which results in the deleted NSX-T Manager still be displayed in the UI and 'get nodes' command.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in NSX-T 3.2.3 onwards available on Download Broadcom NSX 3.x Products and Download Broadcom NSX 4.x Products
