HCX - Cloud vCenter Task for HCX Migrations Shows Incorrect User Role

Issue/Introduction

To identify a known issue with non-default user roles

When initiating an HCX Migration while logged in using a non-default user role (such as Active Directory), the onPrem (Connector site) vCenter Task will show this correct user role associated with the migration while the cloud site vCenter Task will incorrectly show the default administrator user role such as [email protected], [email protected], etc

Cause

The use of non-default HCX user roles
Note: The vCenter Migration Task is a new vSphere 8.0 feature

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 4.10.0 and later versions, and there is no workaround.

Additional Information

This is a cosmetic display issue. There is no impact to HCX migration or network extension functionality
