[VMC] Unable to add tag to Management VMs

Issue/Introduction

• Attempting to add a tag to management virtual machines fails. 
• This occurs when using "[e-mail]" and with AD accounts assigned the "cloudadmin" role. 
• The error seen: "Operation Failed!"

Environment

VMware Cloud on AWS

Cause

The cloudadmin account and role does not have the necessary privileges to add tags to management VMs. 

Resolution

• There is no resolution as this is by design. 
• Management components, incuding all management virtual machines, are managed by the VMC on AWS team. 
• Workload virtual machines can have tags added by accounts with the necessary privileges.
