[VMC on AWS] HCX Service Mesh deletion is stalled

Issue/Introduction

To provide the steps to clear the stalled task from HCX.

Symptoms:
The HCX Service Mesh (IX) deletion task is stalled. 
There is no error seen regarding the task. 
Attempting to end or restart the deletion does not clear the task.

Cause

This can be caused by initiating the task from the target site instead of the source site.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, restart the HCX Manager services. 
To restart the HCX Manager services from on-premise, follow the process documented in HCX - How to restart HCX Manager services. (93169)
To have the Cloud HCX Manager services, please create an SR with VMC Global Support: How to file a Support Request in Customer Connect and via Cloud Services Portal (2006985)

Workaround:
There is no workaround.
