Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Unable to access S3 bucket from VMs within VMC.
Active Network Interface of connected VPC will show deleted state in VMC console:image.png
 


Cause

This is caused when a 1-node SDDC is deployed and is allowed to be linked to a subnet in a different AZ.

Resolution

Please raise a Support Request with VMware to have the account re-linking process followed.

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
VMC will be unable to access S3 bucket in connected VPC.
