[VMC on AWS] Unable to retry host removal after failure in a Multi AZ SDDC

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

When removing a host from a stretched cluster, the secondary host removal fails. Resulting in an imbalanced cluster.
The user will not be able to remove the host by retrying.

Cause

Stretch cluster hosts are removed in pairs to maintain cluster balance.
If one of the host removals within a pair fails, a retry attempt will not be available until the failed host task is remediated.

Resolution

The cluster management logic will be improved on a future release.

Contact VMC on AWS Support for assistance
