[VMC on AWS] Missing Learned Routes under Transit Connect

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
Traceroutes will show packets being dropped at the DX IP. Within the SDDC Group routes are being learned from both respective SDDCs, however one individual SDDC may not show the route from the other, resulting in the network disruption.

Cause
This was a result of missing PL (Prefix Lists) within one SDDC. This was caused due to an issue with the Corfu service not writing properly to the PL table.
Resolution
This issue was resolved in VMC version 1.20v8 and future VMC versions 1.22
Workaround:
Please raise a Support Request with VMware. Leverage a Patch API call with the missing PL (Prefix List) to the SDDC that is missing the routes.
