[VMC on AWS] Migrations through HCX+ plus goes into draft state

Issue/Introduction

Provides details about how to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

Symptoms:

If there are any on-going RAV migrations in the environment, any new RAV migration that is initiated will go into a draft state.

Cause

New RAV migrations will go into the draft state as a result of an on-going RAV migration. 

Resolution

Engage VMware Support - Creating and managing Broadcom support cases
Include the following information:

• Target SDDC ID
• Source & Target HCX Versions
• Name of the VMs which are facing the migration error
• Screenshot of the error faced during migration
