Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When attempting to remove protection from VMs via the SRM UI the error: "Internal error: Received unexpected exception from the multi-site operation." is received.

Cause

This error is generated by the following call sequence:

PropertyCollectorManager::CallWaitForUpdate ->
PropertyCollectorManager::WaitForUpdateFailed

This leads to the stopping of PropertyCollector notifications with times out multisite operations.

Resolution

This is resolved after restart of the SRM appliance.  This is resolved in SRM v8.7
