How is Cumulative Impact calculated for Report Manager?
We can describe cumulative as follows:
- First, average impact is determined. It is the average impact value for a notification over it's lifetime from OPEN to CLOSED.
- Next, the cumulative impact is the about value multiplied by the duration of the notification.
- If the notification is not cleared, average impact is average from the ACTIVE status to current time, and duration is the time of ACTIVE to current time (reporting time).
