How can you set IsManaged property of an object?

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - SMARTS

Resolution

The IsManaged property is read only and cannot be set.  To manage or unmanage a device using asl, the object methods manage() and unmanage() should be used.  These methods will set IsManaged correctly.
