Unable to add vCenter Server 5.5 to vCloud Usage Meter 4.3

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
After accepting the certificate of vCenter Server 5.5 in vCloud Usage Meter 4.3, the following error is received in the Usage Meter Notifications: Collection error (Exception in getLicenses()).

Environment

VMware vCloud Usage Meter 4.x

Cause

vCloud Usage Meter 4.3 does not support vCenter Server 5.5. See for reference: VMware Interoperability Matrix.

Resolution

Upgrade from vCloud Usage Meter 4.3 to vCloud Usage Meter 4.4 and add the vCenter Server 5.5. See for reference: In-place upgrade of vCloud Usage Meter.
