Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

  • Unable to edit some Tier-0s and Tier-1s from the Global Manager UI. When navigated to GM > Networking > Tier-0 Gateways/Tier-1 Gateways > Edit a Tier-0/Tier-1.
  • Unable to expand the Tier-0s and Tier-1s to view the details.
  • You recently off-boarded a manager.
  • May not impact all the Tier-0s/Tier-1s.

Environment

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Cause

This can be caused by unexpected locale-service entries in the NSX-T database.

Resolution

This is a known issue impacting VMware NSX.
