An SRM collection error is received after adding a vCenter Server to Usage Meter 4.x

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms: The Usage Meter web application shows an SRM collection error. The vccol_error.log shows the following error that shows the expiry date of the SRM certificate.

Cause
The SRM certificate has expired.
Resolution
Procedure
To solve your Usage Meter SRM collection error, do the following:
Take a snapshot of your SRM appliance.
Change the SRM appliance certificate. Follow the steps provided here.
In Usage Meter 4.x web application, select the vCenter for which you receive an SRM collection error.
Click Edit, and then enter the vCenter credentials.
Click Save. Usage Meter will now refresh the vCenter Server data and start the collection.
